Clearance and fire prevention
Three different jobs that get called the same thing.
Before construction. Clearing a plot so machinery can get in and work can start — vegetation down, access opened, material removed or shredded on site.
After construction. The perimeter cleaned up once the builders leave.
Fire prevention. Reducing the fuel around a building and maintaining it that way. The work has a season — it needs doing before the summer, not during it.
We shred green waste and leave it on site as mulch wherever we can. Where we cannot, we take it away, and that difference shows up in the quote.
Clearing also shows what a piece of ground actually has on it. On one site, brush cut back from what looked like more brush turned out to be an old olive, still alive underneath.
