FAQ

Common questions.

How much does a project cost?

We quote every job individually — a maintenance visit, a planting scheme and a soil-rehabilitation job are different jobs, and one rate card would not fit all three. You get the full figure, itemised, before anything starts, and it does not change without a conversation.

Do you work across the whole island?

Yes. Based in Sant Carles, working across Ibiza.

When does the heavy work — pruning, tree work, replanting — happen?

Pruning and tree work in January, February and March; replanting and anything needing machinery between October and March, where possible. It's better for the plants, and it means that in the months you're actually here, we are keeping the garden rather than rebuilding it.

Do you guarantee new planting?

On developer and new-build projects, we guarantee plant establishment for the first year, alongside maintenance at a reduced rate. The guarantee covers plants that fail to establish — it does not cover storm, fire, flood, animal damage, or a garden whose irrigation has been altered or switched off.

What happens to green waste?

Where we can shred it and leave it on site as mulch, we do — that costs less and the soil is better for it. Where it has to be taken away, it costs more, and we itemise that difference separately rather than folding it into the quote.

Does it matter where my water comes from?

Yes — truck, well, mains and greywater each have a different cost structure, and where the saving is depends on which you have.

Who actually does the work?

The same gardeners, on a fixed day each week. Everyone working in your garden has a background in agriculture.
