The Design Process

1. Initial Consultation (Free)
We meet on-site, discuss your vision, assess the land, and understand how you want to use the space. Bring photos, ideas, dreams — we'll tell you what works.

2. Site Analysis
We survey soil conditions, sun exposure, drainage, existing vegetation, and views. This informs everything that follows.

3. Concept Design
You receive a mood board and concept plan showing layout, plant palette, hardscape materials, and key features. We refine based on your feedback.

4. Detailed Design
Final plans with planting schedules, irrigation layout, lighting plan, construction details, and a complete specification. This is what our installation team builds from.

5. Installation
Our team brings the design to life. We manage everything — earthworks, planting, irrigation, lighting, hardscaping. You get one point of contact, no subcontractor headaches.

6. Aftercare
We don't disappear after installation. We provide maintenance guidance and can take on ongoing garden care if you want.

Design-only packages start at €1,500 for small gardens. Full design + build projects vary widely — €20,000 to €200,000+ depending on scope. We provide detailed quotes after the initial consultation.

How long does a design project take?
Concept design: 2-3 weeks. Detailed design: 2-4 weeks. Installation: 4-12 weeks depending on complexity and season.

Do you handle permits?
Yes. We manage all necessary permits and approvals for landscaping work in Ibiza. Some projects require municipal approval — we handle this for you.

Can you work with my architect or builder?
Absolutely. We collaborate with architects, builders (im.perfection.design), and interior designers (Hedonist) regularly. Happy to work as part of your team.

What if I want to phase the project?
