Do I need a contract?
We offer both contract and non-contract maintenance. Contracts give you priority scheduling and better rates. But we're flexible — some clients prefer pay-per-visit.

What happens if I'm not on the island?
No problem. Many of our clients are abroad most of the year. We send photo updates after each visit and can coordinate with property managers.

Can you work around my schedule?
Yes. Pool party on Saturday? We'll come Monday. Working from home? We'll use the back entrance. Just let us know your preferences.

Do you use chemicals?
We minimize chemical use. Manual weeding where possible. Targeted treatments only when necessary. If you want fully organic care, we can accommodate — just ask.
